Step 1
Apply through this website, fill out the form below. We will process your application as soon as possible.

Step 2
After approval by the organization, you will be notified and receive a confirmation email. After the registration period has closed you will be sent more practical information. Participants will be published on this website as soon as possible.
Some of the information you provide will be published on our website. So provide the right text and images.

Step 3
Then – after the closing of the registration period – we as an organization will take stock of all requested space and facilities and organize their production. A floor plan with all makers will then be created. Then all makers will be contacted to agree on the proposed location.
A playbook is made for the construction and supply of items on the Friday before. Therefore, make sure that you are as clear as possible about your setup and equipment in the form. If possible, include a sketch of the layout.

Participation for non-commercial creators is free, as you are used to from us. Creators with product sales and small businesses pay €200 (excluding 21% VAT) for participation.
