Dutch Robot Games is organizing an exciting competition for fighting robots during Maker Days. More than 25 teams and more than 50 robots from home and abroad will compete against each other with self-built robots designed to demolish each other with different weapons. Each battle is unpredictable, as each robot is unique. This is not a show, but a real competition, where machines as well as their creators are tested to the limit. Come watch and encourage your favorite robot!
Dutch Robot Games
Dutch Robot Games organizes events in the Netherlands and Belgium. Maybe you know robot combat from BattleBots or Robot Wars on TV - with us you see these battles live and up close. Visitors get to see robot battles where only the strongest will stand. The robots are placed in our enclosed arena for a fight and participants have 3 minutes to defeat their opponent. When one of the robots can no longer move there is a knockout. If both robots are still moving after 3 minutes, a jury decides who won based on the criteria of control, damage and aggression. There are clever designs and different strategies to win. During the event, teams work on repairs and modifications to get their robots ready for the next round.
