FantaMagie is an initiative of Ilona Bijsterveld. Her life is largely dedicated to children, youth and young people, both in her work and in her role as a mother. She is a mother herself from 2 sons ; Samuel (2025) en Mathias (2021) While raising and growing up her eldest son, in combination with her work experience in various positions, she asked herself; 'What do children need?!', 'How did I play when I was a child?' 'What do I want to offer my own child, but also other children?'. Here the beautiful concept 'FantaMagie' has been rolled out. She does her work with great pleasure, passion and enthusiasm! Her heart starts beating faster by seeing; how the materials are given a new meaning every time from the imagination of children, what beautiful creations are thought up and made again and again!
